By booking with Kin Sauna (Kin Sauna Limited), you agree to these terms.
 

1. Who can book. Kin Sauna is for adults aged 18 and over. We may ask for ID.

2. Booking and payment. You book and pay online through our booking system via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are shown at the time of booking.

3. Health and safety briefing. The sauna and cold plunge carry health risks for some people. Before your session you must read our safety briefing and complete our health declaration, confirming you are fit and that none of the listed conditions apply. If you can't confirm this, please don't book - speak to your GP first. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you confirm.

4. Booking for others. You can book for others, but everyone must be 18 or over and complete their own declaration before use. We’ll ask anyone who hasn’t to do so on arrival.

5. Using the facilities safely. Please follow our guidance and any staff instructions, stay hydrated, enter the cold water gradually, observe time limits, and don’t attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

6. Your belongings. Please look after your personal belongings. We can't accept responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings unless it's caused by our negligence.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. After that, bookings are non-refundable and can’t be rescheduled. As a dated leisure activity, the 14-day cooling-off right that applies to many online purchases doesn’t apply here. If we cancel a session, you’ll get a full refund or a free reschedule.

8. Our liability. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. The sauna and cold plunge carry inherent risks, which you accept by taking part, having confirmed you are fit to do so participate at your own risk . Except where we are at fault, we are not responsible for harm caused by your own health condition, by not following our guidance or staff instructions, or by misuse of the facilities. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Behaviour. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unsafely or abusively, or in a way that affects others, without refund.

10. Gift vouchers (when available). Vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated. The person using a voucher completes the declaration when they book.

11. Things outside our control. We’re not liable for failing to provide a session due to events beyond our reasonable control. We’ll refund or reschedule where we can’t deliver.

12. Changes and law. We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
